Access Requirements

We have our own fleet of large articulated lorries so we cannot always offer standard delivery at the quoted prices to locations that are physically hard to reach such as a cul-de-sac or narrow road.

Unloading

Our fleet of vehicles do not have off-loading facilities so you will need to provide them, especially for large or heavy items. If this is not possible please contact us to discuss arrangements.

Description

Stackable modular staircase unit - Framed fire escape stairs, painted yellow
4000mm long x 2250mm wide x 2500mm high approximately
Framework made from 100mm x 100mm box section, 30mm x 30mm box section, 70mm x 70mm box section.
Consists of 2 no half turn staircases each 1200mm rise approximately.
Each staircase has 5 no chequer steps each with a 200mm rise approx.
Staircases have an internal width of 800mm, external width of 920mm and 180mm x 10mm flat bar edges. Steps have a 40mm lip
Handrail is 1000mm high approx. and made from 33.7mm tube.
There are 2 no opening entrances, 1 no either side 1045/1050mm wide.
Ground floor chequer landing measures approx 2200mm x 1450mm, middle landing measures approx 2100mm x 950mm, top landing measures approx 1730mm x 1160mm.
